  1. If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 2 days of receiving the product.

  17. The eligible Customer will receive the Cash Back confirmation through registered Email or
    SMS with a windzard.com account. Customers will be required to claim/accept offer by
    replying the mail within 7 days from information sent on the registered emails.
  18. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at
    Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this
    T&C.
