  10. Windzard shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.

Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Seller on the Windzard platform and Windzard shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilled of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Seller only.

Windzard does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchant ability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Windzard shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
  13. This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Windzard. Windzard shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. Seller shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Windzard due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws.

    SMS with a windzard.com account. Customers will be required to claim/accept offer by

  18. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at
    Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this
