- If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 2 days of receiving the product.
- We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged mobile, please create a return within 48 hours of switching on the device. Returning post 48 hours may result in your return being rejected.
- Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product’s original packaging/freebies and accessories).
The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled.
- If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.
- Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to the Seller by you without our approval for the same, in which case you waive any and all claims against windzard
- Replacement is subject to the availability of the product (size, color, etc.) and is limited to one request.
- Replacement shall be issued to you only after the product is received and verification of the same.
- In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.
- Products that store personal information should be returned after deleting all personal information. Windzard shall not be responsible in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- Products with passwords/locks should be returned unlocked/disabled.
- Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
- Products should be carefully packaged so that there is no damage during transit.
ii) For Return and Replacement
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be present.
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Product’s original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.
iii) Categories not eligible for returns are as follows :

Nutrition and health care, Gym gloves, Gym vests, Gym supports and elderly care
- In some cases returns/ Replacement requests will not be accepted such as (I) If Products are Altered/ Used (ii) If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories) (iii) If Serial Number is tampered (iv) For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s Warranty or Reported after 7 days of the Delivery (v) For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery (vi) For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page.
- Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases like (i) Wrong Product like Wrong color/ size/ style (ii) Wrong item ordered/ delivered (iii) Unsatisfactory Product like Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired (iv) Defective Product like Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty) (v) Damaged Product like Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging (vi) Wrong Quantity like Missing Products/ Parts (vii) No Invoice/Warranty Received, Available on Electronics only
- Windzard shall not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to the Seller or transacted through Windzard is returned by mistake, Windzard or the Seller shall not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and shall not responsible for its delivery back to you. You waive any and all claims against windzard in this regard.
- If we received Repeated return request, Windzard also reserves a right to make the products ineligible for return or refund or replacement, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns and we may also notify that the facility of pickup for returns from you has been withdrawn, in which case, you will have to bear your own expense and logistics to return the product back to the Seller.
- A refund for returned products or replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through the conditions mentioned above. In case the product received fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.
