1) What do I do if my product is delivered to the wrong address?
            In case, you discover that the Courier Company has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us at 24/7 helpline or mail us at support@windzard.com. We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible.

2) Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable. What next?
            Do not worry, our courier will try to attempt to deliver your order over the next 2 days. In case you’re unable to respond to our calls. Immediately reaches us on support@windzard.com so we will schedule the delivery according to your convinces.

3) I am unable to track my shipment. What should I do?
            Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48-72 hours for the tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time. If the tracking number is still not updated, please get in touch with us at support@windzard.com.

1) If I have a saved card on Windzard, will I be able to use a new card for my next payment?
            Yes. Even if you’ve saved your card details on Windzard, you always have the option to use any other credit/debit card to pay.

2) What are the different modes of payment available?
You can use any one of the following payment methods:

3) What all the Credit cards are eligible for EMI?
            EMI is available for Credit cards from the following banks Citi, SBI, HDFC, Kotak, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Axis, ICICI, IndusInd.

4) Does Windzard store my credit/debit card information?
            Windzard stores the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number in a secure and encrypted manner. The first 6 digits (also known as the Bank Identification Number) are used to identify the bank name and country where your card was issued. The first 6 and last 4 digits are together used for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

5) Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Windzard?
            Yes, all your online transactions on Windzard is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet and 100% kept highly confidential. Windzard uses the latest bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
